It should have come to everyone's attentions having watched the British Comedy Awards that there's something very wrong indeed with British Comedy. Where once its inventiveness and bravery dazzled the world, it is now the preserve of pompous idiots with stylish haircuts and washed-up former opera singers.
Well salvation is at hand in the shape of the 2006 Tumbleweed Awards!
Voted for by the fair people of Cookd and Bombd and produced by Neil, alan strang and Emergency Lalla Ward Ten they're a good selection and a very funny read.
